BEM conversation – what is it and how does it help you?
A BEM conversation is an offer from your employer if you have been sick for a long time or frequently. „BEM“ stands for Occupational Reintegration Management. The goal is for you to stay healthy and be able to work at your workplace on a permanent basis. The conversation is voluntary and helps you find solutions together that support your work and health.
